Matt has been involved in athletics his entire life. Growing up, Matt played baseball, basketball, soccer, football, tennis, lacrosse, and still snowboards and mountain bikes for fun. He is a competitive, sponsored NAS Strongman with a dual passion for Powerlifting. Finding flaws in the structure of corporate gym training environments, Matt founded Falk Strength and Conditioning to deliver a personalized, client-first training environment to those seeking an edge and guide towards better health, strength and performance.
